Apple time

Back in September, we harvested apples from our tree in the backyard.  Nothing tastes better than home made applesauce.  This year's task of making applesauce went a little smoother with the help of my Grandmother's apple peeler.  We ended up with 17 quart-sized jars of applesauce and 10 smaller jars of apple jam.
