One Last Time

My BFF Heather, shot us ONE LAST TIME, before she leaves the country.

No one one on this earth has the patience, talent, or love for my children to get the kind of true expression of their personalities than Heather.  We love you and will miss you dearly!

Stay tuned. . . this is just a sneak peak, more pics to come.

Treats & Sweets

A sweet surgery line-up like this could only mean one thing- Valentine's Day at our Homeschool Co-op!

Passing out Valentine's.  Some of our friends got super creative with their Valentine's boxes:
A special Valentines from a special Sweetheart (can you see them blushing?!?)
Hugs from favorite teachers- Violet with Ms. Amy:
 Aliah with Ms. Sherri:
 Annabelle with Ms. Wendi:
Sharing the love with local nursing home residents.
We are so blessed to have such a special group of friends to share days like this with.

Spring Break Friends

The swing set was hopp'n with friends galore over spring break enjoying the beautiful weather.
These are who my kiddos consider best freinds: Ivy, Isaac, and Isabel:

Isabel taking some risks while being coaxed by Aliah:
And don't forget Annbelle's little brown-eyed counterpart Immy:

Worms!

Yesterday, I told the girls to go play outside while I got ready to leave for our dinner date with Daddy, Caylyn, and Chad.  Fifteen minutes before it was time to leave, Aliah showed up covered in mud and with no less than 42 worms in her hands.
Needless to say, a quick shower was in order before our dinner date!

Nothing Sweeter

There's nothing sweeter than good friends.

Friends who have been telling you for years how much they love you.  Then just when you need it they put that love into action.

Friends who mean it when they tell you they know what you are going through.  Whether it be countless hours of passing time watching the chemo line drip, caring for your loved one's bedsores, or watching them leave this earth.  They know the depths of the trenches you are in and hold your hand to lead you through it.

They know how to comfort your children while their hearts break.  Treating them tenderly just like one of their own grandchildren.

Rose and Kenny, we are so grateful for you.

Thank you for spending celebrating your  "anniversary" with us.

May you have many, many more.
